“honey, you need to say the thing before it forms a storm in your chest.

- Upile Chisala, soft magic.

#MyMindMyMagic is a gathering every other month that allows folks to unpack, learn and be affirmed. During times of isolation when our mental health is most compromised, gathering is healing. To increase engagement, connection and accessibility, these sessions are now offered both virtually and in person.

Created in 2019 during mental health awareness week, we wanted to create space that acknowledged our unique experience. We are often left out of the conversation. My Mind My Magic Mental Health Dialogues are led by graduates from previous leadership cohorts allowing  for us to continue supporting skill development after graduation while offering accessible Black Mental Health dialogues to community.

Our next session is March 4th.

Please stay tuned for details and registration.

Please note all our events are for Black women (of Cis and Trans experiences), Femmes (of all genders) and Non-Binary/Gender non confirming people. We deeply value Black intersectionality and welcome Black folks into the space.
